Legal AdviceThe Public Law Project is providing free detailed legal advice to VCO on disputes involving public bodies’ decisions and failures. Small Group Constitution
The Charity Commission has launched its new Model Small Group Constitution for groups with no employees, an income of less than £5,000 and which own no buildings or land.
The new model does not replace existing approved governing documents such as those already approved for small branches of national charities.
