VANS Governance

VANS is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee.  It is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees who have overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the organisation, its financial integrity and sustainability and a duty of care for VANS staff and volunteers.

The board delegate the day to day operation of the organisation and the implementation of agreed strategic and other operational plans to the Chief Executive Officer.
