Community Accounting & Payroll

We offer professional Accounts and Payroll Service for Voluntary and Community Groups, Social Enterprises and Registered Charities within North Somerset.

We offer an advertising service for job vacancies, events or any other message you would like to spread to the community. Please contact us at info@vansmail.org.uk to discuss your requirements.


We can promote your events, services and projects in our quarterly newsletter, delivered to over 175 member organisations and a total of 1500 contacts, many of whom work with marginalised groups.  In addition, 1000 hard copies are delivered throughout North Somerset as part of our commitment to combating digital exclusion. 


We organise a variety of events throughout the year and also attend local events organised by statutory bodies and local agencies to promote volunteering and the voluntary and community sector.

Small Voluntary and Community organisations can struggle to bid for commissions in competition with large organisations with bigger incomes. VANS can help you to find the right organisations to go into partnership with. 



Meet with one of our team of Capacity Building experts on a 1-1 basis to discuss your organisation's needs (from £50/hr for members)


We can provide various documents ranging from Trustees inductions to Volunteer Co-ordinators best practice guides.
