The Catalyst Forum (VSF)
We are delighted to have been awarded a Lottery grant from their Awards for All scheme for a new exciting programme, called the Catalyst Forum. This funding will enable us to host regular events for representatives of the Voluntary and Community sector in North Somerset to make our communities stronger, more sustainable and more resilient. This forum will give groups a chance to promote to each other what their organisations do, to interact on a regular basis, and ultimately to enable them to develop long-term partnerships and also take action for the community together.
Catalyst forum members will be able to shape the forum’s activity and either lead or participate in its delivery. Where new issues emerge, the Forum will be flexible enough to respond quickly and deliver seminars on the topic.
The Catalyst members will benefit from four specific events which will focus on Innovation, Partnership and Sustainability.
