VANS/QUARTET/NORTH SOMERSET TOGETHER NETWORK - SMALL LOCAL ORGANISATIONS FUNDING SUPPORT
The fund is open to small, un-constituted (as at 1st April 2020), volunteer led or supported organisations who are providing Covid-19 relief to local people. Organisations must have a bank account, must not already be in receipt of funds of £2,500 or above from either the Quartet NSCP Fund or Quartet Express/Response Grant Fund. Organisations do not need to be part of the North Somerset Together Network, but must be able to evidence that they are volunteer-led/focussed and are supporting local people due to Covid-19.
The funding will cover volunteer related costs (e.g. travel/mileage expenses, training, new DBS checks, special equipment) and any Food/ care package costs.
Claims must be submitted on a weekly basis, on the Funding Expense claim form which will be sent upon receipt of the application form. All claims (except volunteer mileage) must be accompanied by a receipt (original or copy). Payments will be made on a fortnightly basis.
