Step Forward – Employment & Volunteering Coordinator

Debbie joined VANS in 2022 with over 30 years’ experience as a careers advisor across government-funded programmes and specialist support services. Her work now focuses on supporting individuals to explore volunteering, learning, and employment pathways through tailored one-to-one guidance and group programmes. Debbie is particularly passionate about supporting those facing additional barriers. Outside of work, she enjoys creative activities, singing, and supporting her mother as a carer.
