Behind what is recorded are many stories. Stories of people and communities who found support, of individuals and groups that grew stronger or a community that came together. These stories remind us why we do what we do. They reflect the values that guide us: collaboration, inclusivity, innovation, resilience and empowering individuals to realise their potential and make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others.
It’s with great excitement that we present our 2023-2024 Impact Report! Wow, what a year it’s been busy, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. We can’t help but feel a deep sense of pride in what we have achieved. Together, we have made a tangible difference in our communities, even as we navigated some tough times.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the commitment, resilience, and passion displayed by our exceptional team, volunteers, and the numerous VCFSE organisations and groups we have had the privilege to collaborate with. I would also like to take this moment to extend our gratitude to our invaluable funders.
2022 - 2023 Impact Report
This has been a year of continued challenge and change as we adjusted our plans to respond to the needs of the community. The collective show of strength and compassion by individuals to help minimise social isolation and loneliness for some of the most vulnerable in our society continued.
