Delyth has served as Chair of Trustees since 2017, bringing extensive board-level experience across both the public and private sectors. A strategic leader specialising in performance improvement and transformational change, she combines commercial insight with a strong commitment to social value and sustainable impact. Alongside chairing VANS, Delyth also leads a social enterprise providing services for people with learning disabilities and holds non-executive and safeguarding roles across the sector. Her work is rooted in enabling organisations and individuals to deliver high-quality services that strengthen communities.
