Bernie joined VANS in 2018 and leads the organisation’s volunteering strategy and online volunteer centre.With a 30-year background in HR across the NHS and local authority, she brings extensive people-focused experience to her role. Outside of work, Bernie enjoys theatre trips, socialising, and spending time with family.
