With a strong focus on people-centred leadership, their approach emphasises culture, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. As Managing Director of a social care provider, Chris works to develop compassionate, inclusive services and resilient organisations. A Chartered Member of the CIPD, they bring expertise in governance, leadership development, and equity-driven practice to the Board.
