Jade brings 15 years’ experience across the NHS and wider health and care partnerships. Her work has focused on collaborative change, governance, and improving services through partnership working and inclusive design. She has contributed to integrated community mental health transformation across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire system, working alongside local authorities, VCSE organisations, and people with lived experience. Jade is passionate about strengthening systems through shared learning and meaningful engagement with communities.
