John brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the technology and industrial electronics industries. With a background spanning engineering, marketing, general management, and international executive roles, he has led teams and organisations across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Since founding his own consultancy business in 2011, John has supported organisations through strategic change and growth. His experience in both commercial leadership and voluntary sector governance now informs his role at VANS, where he supports income development and organisational growth.
