Luke joined VANS in 2025 with experience across multiple charity roles including volunteer management, funding, and project delivery. Before working in the sector, he was a singing teacher and performer, bringing a creative perspective to his role. Luke also serves as a trustee for WSM Foodbank, where he supports funding initiatives. Outside of work, he is actively involved in Weston Operatic Society and other local musical theatre groups.
