Improving Ageing in North Somerset (IANS) Manager

Mark joined VANS in 2025 to lead the lottery-funded Improving Ageing in North Somerset project, which focuses on ensuring the voices of older people are central to the planning and delivery of local services. An experienced project manager across the charity and local government sectors, Mark brings a strong focus on collaboration, delivery, and community impact. His work supports more inclusive service design and strengthens engagement with local communities. Outside of work, Mark enjoys theatre, gardening, spending time in the countryside, and socialising.
