Improving Ageing Coordinator (Weston, Worle & Surrounding Villages)

Nicky joined VANS in 2025 with extensive experience supporting individuals and families across a wide range of community settings, including schools, churches, women’s refuges, and family centres. She is passionate about building meaningful local connections and works collaboratively with partners to ensure services reflect the voices and needs of older people. Her strengths lie in community engagement, partnership working, and empowering individuals to feel valued and heard. Outside of work, Nicky enjoys countryside walks with her partner and their two dogs, as well as exploring new places in their campervan.
