Sabah joined VANS in 2022 and supports the organisation through research, data analysis, and volunteer systems management. With a strong background in mixed-methods impact evaluation, she brings valuable insight into how community programmes can be measured, strengthened, and developed. Her work contributes to organisational learning and supports multidisciplinary collaboration across projects. Alongside her professional work, Sabah’s academic and personal interests focus on mental health, wellbeing, and improving outcomes for children and young people.
