Sue Stone

Research & Development Manager

Sue joined VANS in 2019, initially supporting the development of the North Somerset Online Directory. Since then, she has contributed to a wide range of programmes, bringing strong expertise in strategic planning, service improvement, and community engagement. With a background spanning both the health service and private sector, Sue has developed a diverse skill set including data analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, training delivery, and complaint resolution. Her ability to interpret complex information and translate it into practical solutions has been key to improving processes and strengthening collaboration across projects. Prior to joining VANS, Sue volunteered with Healthwatch North Somerset and supported her local primary school. Outside of work, she enjoys time in Devon with her dog, Rex.
