Improving Ageing in North Somerset Coordinator

Tracy brings over 24 years of experience in community development, working across grassroots initiatives, local authority programmes, and projects supporting people aged 55+. She began by running a parent and toddler group in her local community before progressing into trustee and leadership roles supporting neighbourhood organisations. Tracy later worked with Bristol City Council as a Neighbourhood Facilitator, leading forums and strengthening community engagement across the city. Her work has since focused on improving the lives of older people through initiatives such as Bristol Ageing Better and community-based support programmes funded by St Monica Trust. Now working within Improving Ageing in North Somerset, Tracy continues to build connections and create opportunities for older people to remain active, engaged, and heard. Outside of her role, she volunteers locally as a walk leader.
